Introduction. The past, its pentalogic.
The past from the point of view of the mind, space, time entropy and scale.
PENTALOGIC ON PAST
The Past is the classic dimension of lineal time that we leave ‘behind us’, but for a full comprehension of the meaning of past in cyclical time, the past and the future collide, literally in particle-antiparticle events.
Past and future are thus inverse functions of each other, but both merge into present:
past x future = reproductive present. Past>Future (implosion of entropy into information). Future<Past (explosion=erasing of information into entropy)
Further on, we need in the entangled Universe to relate the past to the 5 elements of all ∆@st of space-time:
- The @ mind in its first Dimotion of perception as a seed of information that transforms its memorial past in a mirror of futures.
- The limbs in its 2nd Dimotion of lineal $t-locomotion, whose simple forms are the young past age of the being,
- The body, in its reproduction of past beings INTO FUTURE generations to elongate a constant present.
- The PAST PROPER, entropy, the scattering destruction of information.
- And the process of social evolution, the inversion of the past, which is only the past because in the cyclical future one all is destroyed in will be reborn again.
So the past proper is the 4th Dimotion of entropy. The past is also the young age of locomotion; and the past are the memories that the mind tries to project into its territory of order, creating a future, as it goes through the present = reproduction of those memories.
Reason why we write: P›@‹$t, where Past events shrink, >, to become memorial minds, @, expanded into a territory of order, with increasing size, @<$t, and lost of information as it enlarges and becomes motion of a young, relative first age, seeded by the mind, or without achieving that order, erases into an entropic explosion, «, $t – the purest no-form of the past.
In that sense we can define the past for each of those elements exactly in the inverse way we defined the future:
In space, the past are the lineal limbs of locomotion, moved by the static head-particle that commands them:
In time, the past is the young age of locomotion, which recedes as the system evolves accumulating with an excess of informative actions that will dominate in the future, c (as 3 of the dimotions are closed informative, reproduction, perception and social evolution, and only 2 are relative lineal, open past, locomotion and entropy):
The past is the young, individual being, part of the whole superorganism when the being is fitter to survive, with minimal errors in the reproduction of its cyclical clocks, and recently born still ahead.
In scales, the past are the parts that must come first to be able to create that whole:
The past in terms of scales are the components that create the whole: ∆-1. Since they must be born before the whole that emerges from them.
In the ¬ entropic negation of all the past is always death, when the zero sum worldcycle of exist¡ence completes itself.
In languages of the Mind, the PAST is the object, the F(y) function, the last element of any ternary syntax, as the verb or operand changes it to become part of the F(x), subject, the future.
The past of the mind, its youth… and further back its seeds that reproduce information, departing from its ∆-1 scales. It is the in that generative past of ‘lineal time’, when the past and the future of information merge together.
The memorial past of the spatial mind is its paradoxical idealization of the age of young free locomotions that the lack of energy of the future always desires to turn back.
Past is space, entropy, simplicity, death, dissolution, in the absolute relative Universe, we all return to the past as we close our world cycle, dissolving away after the 3rd age into the lower ∆-1 scale and beyond as death erases to planes of existence consecutively back to ∆-2 amino acids. Past thus also is a lower scale of the 5th dimension and we all travel to the past in our local geometry in the moment of death but the Universe as a whole continues its motion so travel to the past is impossible beyond the absurd ego-centered trips of physicists:

5 PASTS: ¬∆@ST
4 ∆@ST PASTS
There are according to the 3 ∆ST symmetries of the Universe 3 relative concepts of past as all in the fractal Universe can be considered from the perspective of topological space organs and forms, informative time functions and flows and scalar 5D scales:
- -Space PAST: A topological, ENTROPIC, lineal-planar organ in space, limb-field-social territory (physical, biological and social systems), which processes energy into lineal motion and hence moves the whole system:
In the graph, the past is the energetic, toroid, lineal planar surface of null information, the ultimate void from where form arises.
- TIME Pasts: A devolution of increasing space and decreasing information, of maximal motion and minimal form, or past arrow of time.So the second concept of past is the flow of time and entropy which constantly increases in a system in the moment of death, synonymous of past, when all information is erased and the system goes back to the past, closing the world cycle of existence into an entropic deat, erasing all information after its 3rd age.
- 5D PAST: Parts are the relative past of future wholes, which need the parts to sustain its form. So parallel to the process of death we talk of an arrow of social dissolution of wholes which return to its past parts. So the individual is also the past of a super organism. And we shall see that in all scales the past moves backwards and dissolves information.Those are therefore the 3 main concepts of past:-The Spatial, topological concept of a lineal, planar form, |, or topological past.
-The temporal limbs/fields that process energy into motion.
-The scalar arrow of social dissolution of wholes into parts : ∆+1<∆-1 or arrow of asocial past.
Those 3 forms of past are therefore the main themes of this post, inverse to the post on the future.
-•past : And then of course it is the mental past, the memories, the entropies, the deaths of the being and its program of existence, the dissolution…
I. SPACE-PAST: LINEAL EXPANSIVE, ENTROPIC LIMBS/FIELDS/TERRITORIES.
In the graph, the past is any organ whose function is entropy, as such it implies a growth of spatial entropy, of space, an unwrapping of form into motion, and the organs that are considered in the generator equation past organs, are the lineal legs, limbs, fields and territories that provide motion and entropy to the system, which are lineal as the line is the fastest motion between two points, the shortest distance:
In the graph we see the opposition between past and future, line and cycle, and its complementarity in all forms, but past limbs/fields/territories with lineal flat form, are also in the past, as topological evolution shows all species to start as lineal flat past forms which evolve as life has done into tall, high, informative species:
In the graph we can see how in the scale of biological species all new phyla started as flat, lineal past, predator species, and grew in 3 ages into informative tall ones.
II. TIME-PAST: FIRST AGE: YOUTH AND LAST AGE: DEATH
ENTROPIC FIELDS/LIMBS, THE SIMPLEST PART OF THE GENERATOR AND ITS ∆ST SYMMETRIES
Past-entropy comes twice to the being: in its earlier past age or youth, when the limbs/fields of maximal energy dominate the system, and in in the moment of death when the being erases all its information in an entropic expansive, big-bang motion.
We explore the essence of the Universe with the fractal Generator Equation of space-time:
Γ. Sp (past-lineal, toroid limbs-fields) ≤≥ ST (hyperbolic-planar body-waves) ≤≥ (spherical future particles-heads)
Whereas we introduce some basic symbols of 5D Metric:
Γ, the G-enerator equation, which can be studied for each fractal space-time system in detail and its 3 parts.
<, the arrow of expansive entropy.
> the arrow of future information.
≈ =, the arrow of present balance, ST, that puts together.
Sp: Spatial Limbs/fields
Tƒ-cyclical, temporal clocks in present beings.
So, if we see a system as Sp>ST>Tƒ constantly ‘informing’, > through time the system, we are in the 3 ages series, in a diachronic system, as ‘time bends space into masses’ (Einstein).
But if we are:
Sp-limbs/fields > ST-body/waves <Tƒ-heads/particles, whereas the limbs/fields give energy to the body/wave and the heads-particles give it information, we are in a living organism in balance,in a relative present immortal state.
And this is the ideal state of existence, since ‘The Universe conserves its present’.
Why then we die?
Well if you see both equations together you will notice that adding up space and time states, there are in the time series two >> arrows unbalanced, as information grows excessively since the ‘head’ is selfish and the particle absorbs energy into information and finally exhausts energy, all converted into information.
So at the end there is a reversal of time arrows, and we need 2 << fast explosive erasing of information, to restore the balance and maintain the whole reality as an eternal sum of dynamic present fluctuating between energy and information states, back and forth in the long arrow of life and the short arrow of death, since now in the reversal flow of death, << we jump over the present.
So all death moments do not have present, are immediate closing of the world cycle in a big-bang death.
Death is the final return to the past of all world cycles of existence.
As a big-bang is not the birth of anything but the physical, instantaneous death in 0-time, of the system. So you die in a second and the Universe if there is cosmic big-bangs, the galaxy in a quasar, the black hole in a nova will kill you in a fraction of time, to restore the balance on ‘this lost rock in a corner of the cosmos where a mush called mankind’ (Schopenhauer) is busy busy killing all other forms of life.
This quantum physicists understand a bit better, specially in Feynman diagrams, when they say that relative past to future and future to past (informative and entropy motions) are possible. But they are ONLY possible, because the Universe is fractal, broken into infinite relative systems, which acquire more information as time goes forward with the arrow of life, and loose their information as time goes backward with the arrow of death.
So Feynman wrote the antiparticle ‘moment’ of death as a past arrow. And indeed, the particle is the life, informative arrow, the antiparticle the past arrow, which last only the moment of death, and then the present light space-time is restored as a wave. And that is the reason why we see less antiparticles, as we see less corpses. They last far less, with no present, and that is the wisdom of the mind of the Universe, which makes death only a moment and time-future-life a much larger experience, yet, the sum of both is a zero sum that makes reality immortal.
So I found long ago an equation to define those world cycles (which physicists still call worldlines):
Young-lineal age of maximal spatial motions: Sp < ST (wave-like reproductive age) > Tƒ (Informative old age). And then death, an entropic big-bang explosion of the fractal system of space-time that erases your information.
This worldcycle is truly the ultimate clock of time of the universe, of far more importance to understand the meaning of it all that the mechanical clock that has been hidding it for 400 years with its steady tic.
So paradoxically precisely when humans were able to observe for the first time with some detail thanks to telescopes and microscopes the multiple scales of space and speeds of time of the fractal universe, the straightjacket of mechanical clocks prevented them for 4 centuries to understand them their frequencies, finite rhythms and worldcycles including the worldcycle of life and death of all systems, which are born in at fast time speed (young age) and as they grow in size, diminish the speed of its time clocks, in all scales of the universe, till reaching maturity and finally stopping its clocks in the moment of death.
And they correspond to the 3 ‘functional forms’, the 3 ‘parts’ of all systems, physical, or biological organisms.
There is though a third longer concept of past, in the long cycle of time – that is, the fact that all systems live and die and hence become a virtual present of non-existence, a zero sum, a conservative force, a cycle. So the past-death of all systems maintains the Universe immortal as a zero sum of infinite life-death cycles.
The program of Existence as a zero sum.
Entropy as it is understood in current science is an enlarged blown up of only 1/3d of the Universe to absolute dogma, due to the lineal error of time duration. MORE INTERESTING THOUGH is the concept of entropy as the ‘friction’ and ‘loss of motion order’ that happens when we move from a lower scale to an upper scale. And even more important is the concept of entropy as disorder and death.
Since if entropy is not the natural arrow of lineal time, but only 1/3rd what is the total sum of those 3 arrows? A zero sum, which is completed by the other two arrows.
The entropy of the Universe is constant as the worldcycle is a zero sum of entropy. To fully understand this we must rewrite the equation of entropy in terms of 5D functions.
∆S= entropy dS is equal to this amount of energy for the reversible
process divided by the absolute temperature of the system:
We have assumed the temperature is constant but what truly is constant is entropy because it is a reversible closed cycle with the process of death and the asymptotic arrows between planes of existence that balance the missing quantities in a single plane, when we consider the ‘inverse loop’ taking place in the 0±2 transfers and åctions of death:
Thus dS=0, and d Q r/T=0 becomes a Lagrangian where the active clock of time is temperature and Qr the energy of the system.
From where we can consider different equations of thermodynamics.
Thus the main difference of cyclical time, vs. lineal time is the concept of entropy, in the cyclical Universe the entropy of the Universe for the whole system is zero. And so it is for all relative systems, as they are balanced by transfers between planes of existence, notably the positive order acquired in the long arrow of informative social evolution, U+1, and then in the fast explosive death reversed process, when the wave falls fast into the past, erasing all its information of future, higher planes of existential organization: ∂’’œ<<∑∑∆-2
Now to understand quantum jumps through 2 Universal ∆-planes, an amazing feat that puts in contact a macrocosms with its lowest cellular/atomic planes, we should consider this astounding explosion of expansive Entropy to be balanced with the total gain in entropy by the same system during its arrow of Life:
Life Cycle: Tƒ-1: Seminal wave: ∑S (life semi-action-cycle, h/2) = ∑ Tƒ∆-1> Tƒ <Max. Energy (youth) > Reproductive ∑œ∆ wave > Max.T information: Tƒ+1 = ∆U-2: Death
In the act of death the expansion of entropy which jumps down at exponential rhythms the social creative process that lasted an entire life, the growth of information and order, or arrow of future of life becomes disintegrated in an instant. So it happens in physical matter in the process of nuclear bombs, novae, quasars and big bangs. The difference is that the creative process from biochemical molecules to cells and fetus emerged into the ∆-scale for a long life which lasted so much time, but changed so little the volume of vital space of the system, explodes now in a quantum of time, dissolving all its networks.
It is precisely that difference of speed of life <<<< to death in the acceleration and deceleration of the process of collapse what creates an apparent winning arrow for entropy. But this idea would be misleading since for a much longer period a particle, a soul of a living, biological entity, a crystal in a planet has created order, at a very slow tempo. Time might be considered subjective in this orderly long time processes and perhaps it is. That is we can construct a frame of reference in which time cycles do not suffer accelerations and decelerations in positions of change of state, from relative past, to present to futures and back.
But the overwhelming evidence is this:
– The maximal speed of destruction of information is in the negative max. ∆S moment of death, which lasts hardly any time: ∆S x Tƒ = Death, disorder
– The creation of information in slow, cold environments is the opposite arrow that lasts much more in time but hardly consumes any external information.
Both should be balanced completing the conservative laws of fields with equipotential, immortal paths of eternal motion.
A Space-Time cycle of finite Duration, or life-death cycle is thus defined as:
Tiƒ-1, ∑Tiƒ-1>U<ST>Tiƒ<<Sp-2 if we use algebraic notation of the different partial equations of a world cycle.
If we define the function, W=∫∫∂ (æ,e,ï,œ,û) dtds=0, as the worldcycle or function of existence of a system between birth and extinction, this is the fundamental equation we seek to resolve for any being.
Now when the meaning f temperature is understood we can consider again, the fundamental events of all the scale of physics with an enhanced understanding of the meaning of its parameters.
III. 5D PAST
THE PAST IN THE LONG-MEDIUM AND SHORT WAVES OF TIMES.
The past is rich in meanings, it is one third of the Universe but the most visible. The past also has a different logic to the future. The past is single, the future multiple. Since the future only exists by definition in the multiple minds that calculate the logic paths the O-points will transit as they deploy its existence. Which one of those paths will actually engage with the entropy field to perform a space’time action defining the single past is a logic calculus first performed by the mind alone, then checked by the world beyond and its strict laws of fractal reproductive creation of space’time actions to which the calculus of the Tif point must adapt.
Now the science of the past, is in certain way the science of the future, because the past has an inertia, which defines in its quantic repetitions of each of the space time actions of the fractal Point plane, its evolution from point to plane.
The fractal being will evolve actions of space-time which will become repetitive presents.
So the easiest future is always to repeat the past actions, maintaining the present. Yet as the system exists in an external world in which unpredictable changes from the perspective of the smallest point of view might modify the future, sometimes a change in the patterns will be required and this makes the paths of the future dynamically different.
Within the ternary logic of ‘existential time algebra’ there are 3 ‘relative scales’ of time ‘steps’, in the organization of the Universe:
- The longer time steps of social evolution and the creation of new planes of the 5th dimension. This is the ‘long time cycle’, which for the entire Universe, we deem infinite, Λ.
- The medium time steps of the generational cycle of beings between birth and extinction. This is the medium time cycle or world cycle, W.
- The short time steps of space-time åctions, A, performed by ‘points of existence’. This is the short time cycle, of any existential function, or point of existence Œ.
In the next graphs we illustrate those 3 concepts of the past, intimately related to the formalism of the 5th dimension, the cyclical nature of time, and the meaning of a Universe made of infinite ‘broken, fractal’ relational space-time beings, in constant exchange of energy and information through space-time åctions.
The long time cycle: Infinite planes of existence
In the graph, the first concept of past, and the dominant one corresponds to the long ‘arrow of time’; that of the 5th dimension, which will be given here the value of ‘absolute time’, is the concept of wholes made of parts, that co-exist together in the creation of complex super organisms made of multiple, fractal scales of space and time. It is a logic, causal concept without limit of time, hence infinite in its constant processes of creation and destruction of complex systems.
Further on because the fifth dimension has 2 arrows with different properties, information flows upwards without apparent loss (genetic evolution) but not vice versa (lack of lamarckian evolution), while motion flows downwards without loss (synchronicity of parts and wholes) but not upwards from parts to wholes (entropy).
Thus we can also relate the long future and past of the 5th dimension with the concepts of information and entropy, such as the disorder and annihilation of the information of complex ‘whole organisms’ is the relative direction of past.
And so we define information that flows upwards as the arrow of future and motion that flows downwards as the arrow of past. And those concepts do apply to the next scale of time duration:
The medium time-cycle: world cycles of evolution of individuals and species.
Yet in all of them, the parts must come before the wholes, and hence the wholes represent the future, which returns once and again, once the future is erased and devolved into its past with lesser information, through the second ‘concept of time’, measured by length, that of a world cycles of a being or a species, illustrated in the next graphs:
In the graph the foundations one is rather simple: the past is that which is simpler and has less information, either because it is a lower scale of parts that need to be created before the wholes of the future or because it is the ‘death’ zone of a system that simplifies, devolves and returns to its relative past.
Unlike the past of the simpler absolute Newtonian space-time, the past in relational space-time has multiple meanings, as the number of ‘time dimensions’ has increased, and the cyclical nature of time makes the ‘future’ follow the past in its eternal cycles of creation and extinction.
The short time-space ‘action’ cycles.
Finally we arrive to the shortest of all time intervals, that of a space-time action, whose repetitive frequencies accumulate to add up to the larger world cycle. And so at this level, since we have already defined future-information and past-energy, we can classify the æ,e,ï,œ,û åctions of systems as ‘relative energy-past’ exchanges (±∆e), relative present iterations (ex∆-reproductions) and relative future informative motions (∆ï, perception, communication and social evolution into wholes).
Thus in a Universe of infinite arrows of time, past arrows are merely motions backwards in the direction of devolution of form of loss of information. But there are infinite arrows of past happening at the same time.
This in physics means that as Feynman had it, antiparticles are past flows – the moment of death of a particle, which we merely put together as we do not distinguish in detail the ‘intervals’ of particle->antiparticle, life->death, but perceive them simultaneously.
The detailed study of past and future simultaneous events is paramount in relativity and quantum physics and we shall study some of those phenomena in ‘future specific’ articles on the 4th line of different physical systems.
There are therefore several basic motions into the past, which we shall study now in more detail.
- Palingenesis, the seminal creation of an informative seed from the relative past of minimal evolution, which will develop in time creating a new born. It is essentially a form of reproduction, as its goal is to return to the present, thus we shall study it on the present arrow.
- Death, the end of the arrow of informative future and the dissolution of the information of a system.
- Entropy, the physical death of a system.
PAST-MEMORIES, WHICH SEARCH THE REPETITION OF THE PRESENT PULLED BY THE MIND
Finally theres is a 4th concept of past from the subjective perspective of the mind-point of view, which struggles to control and perform its actions of existence to ensure the future, through its least time motions and repetitions of actions that have been genetically, memetically or mathematically imprinted in its system.
The past thus becomes the linguistic, imprinted memorial program of the mind that exists, and the constant improvement on the performance of the program by repetition of the actions, and fine-tuning of them, which then reduce storages of the program through palingenetic ‘cut-off’ of the trial and (
error) actions, which are discharged.
DEFINITION OF ENERGY=ENTROPY + INFORMATION AS TWO FUTURE ARROWS≈ÅCTIONS.
Monads reproduce actions, which they see as arrows of entropy, energy and information sent to other monads which will start a ‘tensor’ of existence.
In this manner the a,e,i simplex accelerated, energetic and informative actions of monad, web the reproductive and social ou, actions that transform the monad into the super organism.
The choice of our perception of a fractal ‘board’ being printed out by a monad through its discontinuous <<1 D-actions vs. the perception of the whole territory of the monad as a dense, simultaneously imprinted supœrganism is a choice of ‘modes of knowledge’. The more complex detailed view is one that would ad on all the monads povs as they establish flows of e x i in their surroundings:
In the graph some basic non-Æ tensors of existence between monads with relatively different contents of entropy-motion and information-density of time-cycles. The natural symbiosis arises from the maximal point, max. e x i -> e ≈i, which makes systems find balances when they are dominant in e or i by associating with another point, in ‘gender’ couples.
